Bakery Assistant

Our stunning store, in the heart of the magical Mangawhai community, has been operating since October 2022. 

With grocery, butchery, seafood, deli, bakery, produce, liquor, chilled and frozen, online and checkout departments in a beautiful new store, we are bringing a new era of shopping to our wonderful customers.

We are people focused - our team and our customers are important to us!  We have a brilliant team here and we are proud of the many compliments and amount of positive feedback from customers on how happy our team are and how wonderful the store is with our friendly team.

Do you have a passion for baking?

Do you love early morning starts and afternoon finishes to enjoy the rest of the day in our beautiful local area?

Bring these along with a strong work ethic and we can teach you the skills needed for our bakery team - no experience necessary!

Bakery Assistant Role:

• Support the bakery team as needed - including packing, preparing, baking, and produce bakery offerings as needed
  
• Ensure excellent presentation and quality standards for the bakery department & store
• Maintain daily operation in collaboration with the Bakery Manager
  
• Ensure the H&S, Food Safety and store procedures are strictly followed
