We take pride in our bakery department, which produces a wide range of breads, pastries, and specialty baked goods daily. We are seeking a talented and passionate Bakery Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and consistently meet customer expectations.
- Manage the daily production schedule, including preparing doughs, proofing, baking, and finishing products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and seasonal products.

- Managing key financial KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with special orders and offering product recommendations.

  Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or retail bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, pastry, and cake decoration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification is preferred.
