About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista / Front of House Worker to join the dynamic team at Four Square Wainui Rd. This full-time role will see you working in a fast-paced cafe environment, serving high-quality coffee and Hot/Cold food to our customers. As part of our cafe and Lotto team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and light meals.

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

   

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area

• Assisting with Lotto and Grocery sales

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as and where needed

   

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Barista or Front of House worker in a café or similar hospitality environment

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Maintain deep knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles and flavors notes to guide customers

• Handle cash register and POS system accurately

• Support opening and closing duties as needed

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
