Butchery Assistant Manager (2IC)

We are looking for an experienced leader to be our Butchery 2IC. 

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels, assisting the department manager with ordering a selection of meat, overseeing the team and getting on the tools. This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone to maintain all Food Safety and Health and Safety standards every day and ensuring we have high-quality products for sale.  

Essential to the role:

• Confident Butcher with qualification to match
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to train and educate Butchery Apprentices
• Physically fit (lifting / moving 15-20kg)

Experience with SAP and ordering stock would be an advantage to your application.

Available shifts:

Sunday - Thursday 06:00 - 15:00
