Dry Goods Supervisor / Duty Manager - Full Time

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to work in and supervise our Dry Goods Department. The position is permanent full time, the hours and days will be listed below.

You will also be one of our Duty Managers and help to lead the team and store when required.

The position is faced paced and no two days are the same, it requires motivation, quick thinking and leadership skills. The successful applicant will be over 20 years of age to able to obtain a general managers certificate.

The successful applicant will: 

• Possess a can do attitude and enjoy working in a busy team environment.
• Display excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have proven leadership skills, and be able to lead a time
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  
• Have a high degree of reliability and some flexibility. 
• Be able to widen the scope to ensure the full store is running smoothly and be able to jump in and help if required
• Quick thinking and a good problem solver
• Physically fit and able to fulfil as the requirement of the role has some heavy lifting required.
• Able to work in cold conditions, getting stock from in and out of large chilled / frozen storage areas

Days & Hours:

Tuesday: 2.00pm-10.00pm

Wednesday: 2.00pm-10.00pm

Thursday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Friday: 2.00pm-11.00pm

Saturday: 2.00pm-11.00pm
