About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's operations in the absence of the Store Owner, Store Manager, and Department Managers. You'll provide leadership across multiple departments, ensuring the store operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

✅ Lead and coordinate day-to-day store operations

✅ Inspire, motivate, and support team members

✅ Deliver outstanding customer service across all departments

✅ Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and store presentation

✅ Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

✅ Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused culture

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Sound knowledge of health & safety and operational standards

✔ Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
