Gilmours North Shore is a locally owned food and beverage wholesaler supplying to hospitality and related industries throughout the North Shore region. We are currently seeking permanent full-time pickers to join our fantastic Evening Picking Team!

Available Roster:

Shift 1 – Sunday to Thursday - 5:00pm to 2:30am

Shift 2 – Monday to Friday - 5:00pm to 2:30am

The Role:

As part of our Service Team, you will have a variety of tasks: 

• Picking goods accurately whilst ensuring picking productivity targets are achieved.
• Wrapping and labelling goods for dispatching in accordance with company procedures. 
• Operating handheld devices.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy – “tidy as you go” policy. 
• Observing all operational safety procedures, including safety inspections.

Preference will be given to people with: 

• Good physical fitness as there will be some heavy lifting involved. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with others in a group or team.
• High personal presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, accurate in all areas of work.
• Reliable and have a high degree of self-motivation.
• Leadership skills required, as development upskilling is part of our ongoing training program.
