Fresh Manager - fulltime

Four Square St Heliers is looking for an experienced, hardworking and reliable team player to join our high-performing team.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who pride themselves on the quality fresh offer and full shopping experience we offer our customers here.

Your main duties will include:

• Ordering Fresh products - produce, butchery, seafood
• Receiving orders at 5am
• Replenishing stock throughout the day
• Stock rotation 
• Fresh food preparation - produce, butchery and seafood
• Helping customers
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

Here's what you'll need:

• To be physically fit – you’ll be on your feet all day, lifting, and moving product
• Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up
• Customer driven – excellent customer experience will be natural to you
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be reliable - we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
• Have a great work ethic
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Cope with seasonal demands
• Duty Manager Certificate desirable

We have a permanent full-time position available Tuesday to Saturday.
