We’re excited to announce that New World TeAtatū will be opening its doors August 2026, offering a new full-service modern supermarket and creating 120 new roles for the Peninsula. 

We’re now looking for a Night Fill Assistant Managerwho’s ready to help build a high‑performing team, support a positive store culture, and uphold strong operational standards from day one. This role is a chance to step into a key leadership position where your initiative, reliability, and people skills will directly contribute to the success of a brand‑new store and help create an experience our customers will love from the moment we open our doors.

Te Tūranga – About the role

• Be responsible forfacilitating stock replenishment across our store.
• Coordinating movement of stock from storeroom to shelves.
• Help to lead our fill team to ensure shelves are replenished and ready for our customers.
• Stock rotation and maintenance.
• Identifying items through out-of-stock reports that require immediate replenishment.
• Ensure all team members follow store health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.

He kōrero mōu - About you

• Previous supermarket experience.
• An understanding of inventory management and stock availability.
• Have great attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Strong people leader with previous management/supervisory experience.
• A forklift license is preferable, not a requirement.
• Physically able to carry out manual handling of product (20kg+).
