Join our Team

We’re looking for an Online Picker to work mostly on quick comms and scheduled orders. If you’re quick-thinking, love fast-paced work, and thrive on keeping customers happy, this role is for you. You’ll need a passion for customer service, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage your time well. Every order you pick makes a real difference to our customers. Speed, care, and accuracy are key. Punctuality and reliability are a must, as the team depends on you to keep things moving smoothly.

The Role

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders quickly and accurately—especially for urgent quick comms
• Work together with the team to ensure fast turnaround
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone or email
• Load and unload orders (some heavy lifting involved)
• Use a computer or tablet for order management
• Help out in other departments when quick comms are quiet

Position

This is a Part-time, permanent position working Wednesday - Sunday (27 hours). Your hours will be:

• Wednesday & Thursday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm & Friday, Saturday & Sunday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
