About the Role
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Account Manager to join our fast-paced sales team. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of Foodservice customers, grow existing accounts, and bring new ones on board. If you love being out in the field, thrive on results, not afraid to hunt out new business and can bring energy to every interaction — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Analyse customer needs and tailor solutions that deliver value.
- Promote and sell a broad range of foodservice products to both existing and prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs within agreed timeframes.
- Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow your customer base and expand within your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales, territory or account management role
- Proven ability to manage, retain, and grow existing customer accounts
- Demonstrated success in bringing on new business and developing territories
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficient in Excel and general computer literacy
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry will be seen as a strong advantage
