We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader to support our busy Butchery Department. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where no two days are the same. You’ll help lead a high-performing team, implement positive change, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

While experience is essential, we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and potential. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Availability to work early mornings and at least one weekend day
• A friendly, approachable personality
• Reliability and strong multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Solid understanding of food safety practices
• Experience in butchery handling 
• SAP system experience 
• Previous management or supervisory experience
