About the Role:
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of store operations. You’ll support the Store Manager with strategic planning, daily performance, team engagement, and maintaining the polished, welcoming environment we’re known for. From coaching department leaders to ensuring merchandising excellence, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps the entire store humming.

You’ll inspire your team, champion best practice, tackle challenges with confidence, and bring a sharp eye for detail to every part of the store. Whether you’re stepping in to support departments, leading the floor during busy periods, or building systems that make our work smoother and smarter, you’ll be a key force behind our success.
