About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire teams across Grocery, Fresh, and Operations
• Drive sales growth, productivity, and customer excellence
• Support and execute store strategy and promotions
• Build strong team culture and develop future leaders
• Take ownership of daily store performance and standards

Who We’re Looking For

You might currently be a:

• Grocery Manager
• Fresh Foods Manager (Butchery, Deli, Produce, Seafood, etc.)
• Operations manager

And you bring:

• Proven leadership in a high-volume supermarket environment
• Strong commercial and operational understanding
• A passion for people development and customer experience
