We’re excited to welcome a talented and experienced baker to our team! If you have a passion for dough preparation and production, we’d love to hear from you. At our bakery, we believe in creating a friendly and collaborative work environment, so we’re looking for someone who excels in their craft and is also open to lending a hand in other baking areas when needed.

As part of our baking team, you’ll get to work alongside a diverse group of enthusiastic individuals who are all dedicated to creating delicious baked goods for our customers. You’ll be involved in our daily operations, have the chance to share your creative recipe ideas, and help us ensure that every product is made to perfection.

Key Attributes

• Collaborate effectively with a team using a cooperative approach
• Baking skills, i.e. kneading, bread, fillings, glazing and pastry
• Ability to use Bakery machines, i.e. Ovens, mould dough and cut biscuits
• Imaginative and innovative
• Quality control
• Sound knowledge and passion for Bakery - Qualified preferred
• Great attitude towards Health and Food Safety and general hygiene

Position

We are hiring one full-time employee who must be available for at least one-weekend shift. Applicants with an NZQF Level 4 qualification will be given priority. Alternatively, candidates with at least two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the formal qualification. Remuneration will be discussed during the interview.
