Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will utilise your expertise in all aspects of cake decorating and conceptualizing, designing and producing a wide array of baked goods! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring that every product that is placed in our cabinet are of high quality.
• Cake Decorating,
• Creating new products.
• Adhere to proper baking techniques, temperature control, and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
• Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly workstation through general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to standards.
• Responsible for quality control to ensure consistency by monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance.
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time.
• Operating baking equipment safely and ensuring cleanliness at all times.

Days and hours of this role are Sunday - Thursday 1pm - 10pm.
