We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Baker to join our busy Bakery team. Days and hours to be discussed, you will be required to work one weekend day. 

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will:

• Be a qualified baker or have relevant baking experience
• Have a strong eye for quality and presentation
• Be passionate about producing fresh, high-quality bakery products
• Be flexible with working hours and enjoy early morning starts
• Be a positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Be able to work independently when required
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of bakery products to a high standard
• Measure ingredients, mix doughs and batters, shape products, and decorate where required
• Follow established recipes and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment
• Comply with all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
• Assist with stock control and communicate ordering requirements to management
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries
• Contribute positively to the overall success of the Bakery department
