Baker Needed

This role would suit someone who has a passion for food, has excellent customer service, and who likes to work as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.

This position includes the following:

• High quality bread baking
• Making and baking of small goods - muffins, scones etc.
• To ensure goods are rotated, packaged, priced and displayed effectively and accurately and that the shop is always full.
• To communicate information in the appropriate manner.
• To ensure the timely and accurate ordering and production of stock to meet requirements as customers demand.
• Check and put stock away in its appropriate place.
• To work to the Food Safety Program.

 To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous bakery experience a bonus but not required
• An eye for detail and able to maintain standards
• Be prepared to work at pace as part of a busy team
• Can work autonomously
• Be customer focused
• Strong communication (verbal and written)
