This position includes the
following:
- High
quality bread baking
- Making
and baking of small goods - muffins, scones etc.
- To
ensure goods are rotated, packaged, priced and displayed effectively and
accurately and that the shop is always full.
- To
communicate information in the appropriate manner.
- To
ensure the timely and accurate ordering and production of stock to meet
requirements as customers demand.
- Check
and put stock away in its appropriate place.
- To
work to the Food Safety Program.
To
succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous bakery experience
- Previous bread baking experience
- An eye for detail and able to maintain standards
- Be prepared to work at pace
as part of a busy team
- Can work autonomously
- Be customer focused
- Be physically fit and able
to lift up to 20kg
