Production Baker – Supermarket (Full-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Baker to join our busy supermarket team. We're seeking someone with solid production baking experience, particularly in dough production and bench work. Experience in a supermarket bakery environment would be an advantage but not essential.  Hours of work is 2am to 12.30pm Tuesday to Saturday.

About the role:

•  Prepare and bake a range of bakery products, we produce our own pastries, mass-produce cookies, wide

  range of cakes (from scratch), maintain an extensive decorated cake range, and even cook all our gourmet 

  pie fillings in-house.

•  Assist with daily production to meet customer demand

•  Pack and display products to a high standard

•  Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and equipment

•  Follow food safety and hygiene requirements at all times
