We are looking for a Baker to join our team Tuesday-Saturday 3am -11.30am
Tasks of a Baker but not limited to:
- Preparing frozen products for baking
- Making pastry and bread doughs
- Baking required daily levels of bread, rolls and other bread products
- Follow Health and Safety procedures
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous 1-year bakery/supermarket experience or similar as a baker or Qualification as a Baker or level 4 qualification in Cookery
- Knowledge of scratch bread doughs and other baking lines.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety guidelines in NZ.
You will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic and be available to work on weekend shifts
You will need to be physically fit
