The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled, experienced, and dedicated full-time Baker to join our dynamic bakery team. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, this role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring our shelves are filled with a wide range of freshly baked, high-quality products our customers love.
You’ll bring your creativity and technical skill to produce consistently excellent breads, pastries, and treats — all while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven bakery experience (retail or commercial preferred)
- Understands core baking techniques and production processes
- Can follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
- Works efficiently and safely under pressure
- Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
- Is reliable, adaptable, and a team player
