Ideally we would expect the following skills.
Scratch baker for french pastry
Scratch baker with quiches and pies
Scratch bread baker
Scratch/ premix cake baker
Flair and creativity
New product ideas
Stocktake and ordering
Assist management with running of bakery
NQA level 4 qualified or similar overseas qualification or two years experience
You need to work well in a team enviroment and be able to deal with pressure, think fast on your feet, problem solve and lead by example.

40 -48 Hours per week
Hourly rate $24.50 -$29.66.
