Baker

New World Feilding is looking for a cheerful reliable Baker to join our Bakery Team

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World.

Tasks will include:

• Scratch Bake 
• Bake, prove, finish and packing core range products according to specifications, standards and recipes to a consistent, high standard
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of bakery products
• Able to complete all bakery tasks, including baking, finishing, packing, dishes, cleaning.
• Reliable, trustworthy
• Work in a team
• Cleaning
• Assist with all tasks required of the bakery team
• Cope with the seasonal demands of working in a small team
• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety requirements
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

• Be Customer Driven
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be physically fit, this is a busy role which includes lifting, and you will be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
• Have a good work ethic
• Enjoy being busy and be able to work well under pressure
