Baker

We are looking for a Baker to join our awesome team at Pak n Save Sylvia Park.

 Location – Pak n Save Sylvia Park

Job type – Full time

Duration - Permanent

Minimum guaranteed hours - 40 hours per week

Days - Sunday to Thursday

Time - 4am to 1.30pm

Salary - $30 - $32 hour

Key responsibilities:

1. Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients.
2. kneading, maturing, cutting, Moulding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goods.
3. Baking the required daily quantities of various bread products.
4. Preparing the fillings needed for various bread products.
5. Maintaining the equipment to the required standards.
6. Bake all goods to the acceptable standard by monitoring over temperatures and baking times.
7. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

 To be considered for this role, you will need:

• At least two years of relevant work experience as a Baker.
• Be physically fit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to lift heavy loads regularly, bend, reach, and complete repetitive movements.
• A 'can do' attitude with flexibility and a desire to contribute positively to our team.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
• Should be a skilled dough baker.
