Bakers – New World Point Chevalier 

We’re excited to announce that New World Point Chevalier will be joining the community later this year! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the Point Chev community. 

With our opening date set for September 2025 we are seeking experienced Bakers to join the team.  If you’re a passionate baker who loves experimenting with new recipes and creating mouth-watering treats – this is the role for you! 

The Role:  

• Ensure high presentation standards for the bakery department. 
• Prepare, bake, and produce bakery offerings as required – get creative and use your baking flair! 
• Lead in bakery product refinement and bakery range expansion. 
• Provide full range whilst maintaining quality. 
• Maintain daily operations in collaboration with the Bakery Manager and 2IC. 
• Ensure the H&S, Food Safety and store procedures are strictly followed.

 What are we looking for:  

• Qualified baker OR equivalent experience. 
• A true passion for baking and a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player. 
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Confidence & maturity to work unassisted at times.
