We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Bakery Assistant Manager to help lead our busy bakery team. If you love early mornings, fresh bread, and working with great people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Bakery Manager in daily operations
- Leading and motivating a team of bakers and assistants
- Ensuring top-quality products and excellent customer service
- Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Training new team members and supporting development
- Stepping up when the Bakery Manager is away
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety practices
