We at Napier City PAK'nSAVE are looking for a Qualified Baker to join our team as our Bakery 2IC.
Successful applicant ideally will have
- Proven leadership experience
- SAP knowledge
- Great work ethic and a passion for food innovation/ production
- Positive and engaging attitude with staff and customers
- Excellent Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Relevant qualification
Responsibilities include:
- Stock control
- Ensuring sales and financial targets are met
- Promotions, ordering and pricing
- Rostering and managing staff
Applicants with proven supermarket experience is preferred however not essential.
