Bakery Assistant
Tamatea PAK’nSAVE is on the lookout for a customer-focused, enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. About the role
This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 5am - 1:30pm
As a Bakery Assistant, you'll play a key part in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and that our customers leave with fresh, delicious products they love.
- Delivering outstanding customer service in the bakery department
- Packing, labelling, and merchandising bakery goods to standard
- Maintaining accurate pricing and date coding
- Preparing the department for upcoming shifts and keeping it clean and tidy
- Assisting with end-of-day cleaning in line with our food safety standards
- Helping produce consistently high-quality bakery products

Previous bakery or retail experience is a bonus—but not essential. We value attitude and work ethic most of all.
