Bakery Assistant

We're on the hunt for a Bakery Assistant who is eager to learn, motivated, and ready to be part of a supportive, high-performing team.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, customer-focused attitude, who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently. High personal presentation standards, great communication, and strong self-motivation are key. While experience is preferred, it’s not essential — if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll provide full training and support.

This is a full-time role, working Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. 

In this role, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the bakery, working closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly, targets are met (and exceeded), and the environment stays clean, safe, and welcoming. Most importantly, you’ll help create a great experience for every customer who visits our bakery.
