About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who loves being on the floor, working alongside a passionate team. You'll oversee the smooth operation of our Bakery and Deli department, including:

• Supporting and coordinating across four shifts
• Managing key financial KPIs
• Ordering and inventory management
• Back-of-house admin and compliance paperwork
• Leading, training and developing team members
• Delivering outstanding food and service standards

This is a full-time position (Sunday – Thursday), with specific hours discussed at the interview stage.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has excellent communication and leadership skills
• Can motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards
• Is confident with technology (SAP experience a bonus, but not essential)
• Has strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Is customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Can work well with people from all backgrounds and cultures
• Has experience in supermarkets or FMCG (preferred)
• Understands food safety and health & safety requirements
• Is excited about growth and open to learning and development
