Your Opportunity

You will have end-to-end ownership of the bakery, including:

• Turning an underperforming department into a growing, profitable operation
• Driving measurable improvements across sales, gross profit, wages, wastage, and availability
• Setting clear standards and expectations around production, quality, and presentation
• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing bakery team
• Identifying opportunities, fixing issues, and owning the results
