Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Lead and motivate a team of bakers, decorators, and support staff to ensure exceptional product quality and customer service.
• Develop and refine recipes, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and special orders with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for baking and a creative flair.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
