Bakery Manager - Step Into Leadership

Are you ready to take the next step from Apprentice/Baker into a leadership role? We're looking for a hands-on Bakery Manager who's keen to put their newly earned skills into action while leading a small, dedicated team.

About the Role:

You'll take ownership of the bakery department - from production through to presentation, ensuring our customers get fresh, high-quality products every day. This is a working manager role, where you'll still be on the tools while developing your leadership capability.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading daily bakery operations
• Baking a range of breads, pastries, and in-store favourites
• Managing stock, ordering and waste control
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Creating a department that customers trust and return to

What We're Looking For:

• Recently completed bakery apprenticeship or similar qualification
• A strong work ethic and pride in your craftsmanship
• Ready to step into leadership with a practical no-nonsense approach
• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
• Someone who values consistency, teamwork, and doing things right
