BAKERY MANAGER

If you are passionate about baking and have a positive, can-do attitude then you could be the person we need to lead our team of bakery assistants at Whakatane Pak’n Save.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally you will have a bakery qualification or relevant food industry experience
• Proven leadership experience
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Positive and motivating leader
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What does the role entail?

• Manage the buying/stocktaking
• Set and meet/exceed department targets and review the sales and gross profit
• Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance in the department
• Training, mentoring and motivating staff
• Rostering and managing staff performance
• Undertake baking tasks as required
