Our busy Birkenhead supermarket seeks an experienced Bakery Manager or great Baker with fantastic people skills to lead and develop our awesome Bakery team.
While you will have extensive experience and a passion for baking, we seek a person who has the organisational and management skills to develop the bakery offering in-store above the norm.
The position is full-time and will include one weekend shift. Flexibility is required to cover other Bakery team members leave.
Responsibilities include; baking, staff management/training, training/support of our Bakery apprentices, product scheduling, stock ordering, product range development and compliance of legislative requirements.
You must be a qualified Baker or be at least on your 2nd/3rdyear of a Bakery apprenticeship with proven leadership skills.
SAP knowledge and experience is a must as well as good solid experience in achieving financial targets, and managing a team of staff.
We seek a team leader with a hands-on approach.
