Bakery Manager

Our continued successful and vibrant range is driven by the Bakery Manager supported by the collective efforts of the entire department.  Among other things you will be in charge of……

• Production of products made lovingly by our Bakers and Apprentices
• Sourcing products and ingredients ensuring best quality and value.
• Developing an ever-evolving range of specialty breads, cakes, and pastries.
• Delivering sales growth and other financial targets such as GPs.
• Production of staffing rosters which take into account our seasonal patterns
• Staff training and development.

We’re clearly looking for someone at the top of their game who can take an already successful Bakery to even higher levels.  The successful candidate is likely to have Fresh Food Supermarket experience or Management/Owner experience within the food retailing industry, e.g. Bakery, Café, etc.

This is a full-time role working 40-45 hours per week with a salary range of $75,000-$85,000 commensurate with capabilities and experience.
