About the role:

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Bakery & Grocery Assistant to join our friendly team at Four Square Aramoho.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across both our Bakery and Grocery departments, including:

• Baking and presenting fresh bakery products
• Preparing our popular chicken & chips
• Serving customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Operating the checkout when required
• Filling, rotating and merchandising stock
• Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and on time
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Friendly with excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with being on your feet for extended periods and handling moderate lifting as part of the role.
• Previous retail, bakery or food handling experience is a bonus, but not essential – full one-on-one training will be provided.

Hours:

• 30 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• 3 Bakery days / 2 Grocery days
• Weekend availability required (minimum 1 day, 2 preferred)
