Barista & Fresh Food Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our team at Four Square Onehunga.

This isn’t just about making great coffee – you’ll be one of the faces of our store, creating a welcoming experience and delivering exceptional customer service every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• ☕ Makes a great coffee and enjoys getting to know our regular customers
• 😊 Is naturally friendly, positive and customer-focused
• ✨ Is fastidiously clean, tidy and organised
• ⚡ Works with pace and is a great multitasker
• 🥐 Is keen to get involved with our bakery and food-to-go offer
• 🥦 Is happy to help fill and maintain our produce and butchery departments
• 🍎 Has a great eye for fresh – noticing quality, presentation, rotation and availability
• 👀 Notices what needs doing and gets stuck in without needing to be asked
• 🤝 Is a genuine team player and happy to help wherever needed

Our café and fresh departments are a big part of what we do at Four Square Onehunga. We want someone who takes real pride in their workspace, presentation and the experience they give every customer.

 

Barista experience is preferred, but attitude, energy, attention to detail and a genuine love of people are just as important.
