Butcher - New World Remuera

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified butcher to join our butchery department at New World Remuera. 

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and excellent customer service; therefore, we are looking for applicants that are friendly, reliable with a great team attitude. 

The primary role of the Butcher is to assist in the day-to-day running of the Butchery department, ensuring that maximum range, and sufficient quantity of high-quality fresh meat is available for sale at the correct price at all times, as well as keeping the department clean and well presented.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Qualified butcher
• Experience in food preparation
• Excellence in customer service
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  
• An excellent understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety
• Good communication skills

The successful applicant will be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or be in possession of a valid work permit.
