Butcher - permanent full-time

We are looking for the right person to join our busy Butchery team to provide support in daily production and presentation of our high-quality meat products.

The primary role of the Butcher is to assist in the day-to-day running of the Butchery department, ensuring that maximum range, and sufficient quantity of high quality fresh meat and small goods are available for sale at the correct price at all times during opening hours, as well as keeping the department clean, tidy and attractively presented and assist the department to meet its legislative requirements.

Ideally the applicant will be fully or partly qualified, will be reliable, of a cheerful disposition, able to take direction and use their own initiative to work as part of a strong team.
