We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Qualified Butcher 🥩 to join our awesome Butchery team!

🥩 The Role

You'll help deliver an exceptional butchery experience by:

• Keeping meat cases and freezers well-stocked and presented
• Slicing, cutting, and preparing meat with skill and precision
• Assisting with meat preparation and traying as required
• Working alongside the Butchery & Seafood Manager to support daily operations
• Creating an attractive, fresh, customer-focused serve-over experience
• Preparing customer orders accurately and on time
• Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and store procedures
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the department
• Hours - Mondays, Fridays and Sundays 5am-2.30pm = 27 hours per week

✅ What We're Looking For

• Qualified Butcher, or equivalent experience (5+ years)
• Passion for quality products and customer service
• Pride in maintaining a fresh, creative and well-presented serve-over
• Reliable, honest, and a strong team player
• Great attention to detail
• Able to work independently when required
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellence every day
