We are seeking a motivated and skilled butcher to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing quality cuts, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining high food safety standards.

The Role:

As a Butcher, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

Preparing and presenting high-quality meat products.

• Breaking down and processing carcasses and primal cuts.
• Trimming, boning, slicing, and portioning meat to specification.
• Maintaining attractive and well-stocked display cabinets.
• Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice.
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation.
• Supporting the wider team in daily store operations.

You Will Have:

Previous experience as a butcher or apprentice butcher.

• Strong knife handling and meat preparation skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
