PAK'nSAVE Lincoln Road is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Butcher to join our busy and successful Butchery Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team in one of Auckland's busiest supermarkets, where quality, customer service, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Hours of Work

This position involves working the following roster:

• Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Saturday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Sunday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Monday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cutting, trimming, and presenting meat products to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety practices
• Ensuring attractive product displays and merchandising
• Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Supporting the wider Butchery Team to achieve departmental goals

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience as a qualified or highly experienced butcher
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Excellent reliability and work ethic
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
