BUTCHER
You will be working with an experienced team who are passionate about delivering the highest quality cuts of meat as well as excellent customer service.
THE ROLE:
- Cut and present meat to a high standard which appeals to our customers
- Assisting in the traying up of meat as required.
- Ensuring the meat cases and freezers are appropriately stocked and relevant merchandising standards are maintained at all times
- Correctly & efficiently breaking down carcasses to maximize the various cuts with little waste
- Adhering to food safety and health & safety requirements

- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
HOURS:
Sunday - Thursday, 5.00am to 1.30pm
