This is a permanent, full-time position working the following roster:

Tuesday: 6am - 2:30pm
Wednesday: 6am - 2:30pm 
Thursday: 6am - 2:30pm 
Friday: 5am - 2:30pm
Saturday: 5am - 2:30pm

42 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and presenting a wide range of quality meat products to the highest standard
• Cutting, boning, trimming, and value-adding products for retail sale
• Maintaining attractive displays and ensuring product availability throughout the day
• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are consistently met
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve departmental goals

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Butcher with relevant industry experience
• Strong knife skills and excellent product knowledge
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or production environment
• A commitment to quality, presentation, and customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a successful department
