We are currently seeking a qualified or equally
experienced Butcher to be part of the team at Brookfield New World!
This
is a full time, permanent role.
Your tasks will include:
correctly & efficiently preparing meat products for sale
ensuring that all meat displayed is well presented, wrapped and
labelled
ensuring meat cases are appropriately stocked
assisting with customer enquiries
ensuring food safety and compliance procedures are followed
What are we looking for:
- Must be qualified or have the years of equivalent
experience in butchery
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player
- An excellent communicator
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- A "can do attitude"
