Butcher

Morrinsville New World is currently looking for a butchery to join our dynamic Butchery team, the primary role of the Butcher is to assist in the day-to-day running of the Butchery department, ensuring that maximum range, and sufficient quantity of high quality fresh meat is available for sale at the correct price at all times during opening hours as well as keeping the department clean, tidy and attractively presented.

Salary offered $60,000 - $62,000. Minimum 38 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1) A Foodstuffs Butchery Apprenticeship Graduate or Trade Certificate.

2) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; SAP knowledge an advantage.

3) Previous butchery experience.

4) To be customer service and results focused.

5) To be physical fit and healthy.

6) Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills

7) An exceptional team player.
