    We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence, great attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate openly and honestly.

    They will also display high presentation standards, integrity and an excellent work ethic.

    If successful, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department.

    This includes ordering stock, price management and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers.

    This role will ideally suit a current Butchery 2IC, supervisor or a senior team member in a Butchery department

        Role is full time: 45 hours a week

        Salary to reflect experience up to $85k per annum

ESSENTIAL

·  FMCG or butchery retail experience.

  • Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.

DESIRED

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good basic maths skills
  • FSNI Butchery Apprenticeship graduate or Trade Cert.
  • Unit standards 497, 167 & 168
  • Supervisory experience
