Morrinsville New World is currently looking for a 2IC to
join our dynamic Butchery team. You will be a part of a team of 8, assisting in training 2 Butchery apprentices.
Tuesday - Saturday, 42 hours per week with a competitive salary offered.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
1) A Foodstuffs Butchery Apprenticeship Graduate or
Trade Certificate.
2) Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills; SAP knowledge an advantage.
3) Previous butchery or butcher assistant
experience.
4) To be customer service and results focused.
5) To be physical fit and healthy.
6) Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
7) An exceptional team player.
8) People Leadership skills.
