Butchery & Seafood Assistant - PART TIME

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team in the Butchery on a part-time basis.  Preference will be given to applicants with high presentation standards, who are highly self-motivated and have excellent communication skills to complement an already efficient and successful team.

The Role:

You will assist in the packing of all fresh meat and seafood products; to present and merchandise the department to ensure a maximum range and sufficient quantity of product is available for sale at the correct price at all times. You will also assist with keeping the department clean, attractively presented and assist in ensuring the department meets its legislative requirements.

Experience & Attributes Required:

• Food retail, supermarket, fresh food or produce experience is beneficial.
• Customer and results focused.
• Strong relationship builder, team player and problem solver.
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
• Able to maintain standards and have an eye for detail.
• Takes pride in work.
• Physically fit and comfortable working with meat products

Hours of Work:

Saturday: 12pm to 6pm

Sunday: 12pm to 9pm
